Our general estimate is 3-4 days, but if the videos are simpler where it’s light animations, captions, audio clean-up, we may deliver within 2 days. Either way you’ll always get an estimate and updates along the way.

The number of videos depends on your subscription level and project details. As a Creator subscriber, you can typically expect up to 10 to 15 short-form videos per month. With the Pro plan, you’ll typically receive up to 10 to 15 short-form videos and 5 long-form videos per month.
Keep in mind, complex projects that require advanced animations, dynamic captions, AI elements, or multiple revisions may take more time to complete. On the other hand, simpler edits with minimal effects and b-roll can usually be delivered within two days. We’ll always keep you updated on timelines to ensure the best quality for your videos.

We’re happy to offer ad hoc video production! However, please note that the cost per video is typically higher than the per-video rate included in our monthly subscription plans. Subscriptions are designed to provide more value and consistency, making them a cost-effective option for clients with ongoing needs. For one-off projects, we’ll tailor a quote based on your specific requirements.

If you're on the Creator plan, you’ll receive 1 round of revisions—but we’re always flexible to ensure you’re happy. For clients on the Pro plan, we offer unlimited revisions until your video is exactly what you love.

Not at all! While we’d be sad to see you go, you’re never locked in. We simply ask for a one-month notice, and we’ll handle the rest.

You’ll get more than just a video editor for your projects. We provide a dedicated project manager to ensure your vision comes to life. On the Pro plan, you’ll also gain access to a creative lead, an animator, and our most experienced video editors and creative software for a truly premium experience.

We can easily scale to meet your needs by adding more editors to your account. We’ll provide a tailored quote for the additional talent to produce more videos, requiring only a 60-day commitment ;)
